水辅助条件下金属表面激光标记二维条码质量检测与工艺优化

针对在空气环境下金属表面激光标记时,会出现热影响区较大,飞溅物易沉积影响加工质量,同时产生废气和悬浮颗粒,对环境有污染等问题提出了水辅助条件下进行激光标记二维条码的方法。首先,从条码质量评定指标的角度,研究了水层深度对条码图像质量的影响,然后,对比分析了在两种环境下的条码图像质量情况。结合微观分析,证明了水辅助激光标记二维条码的可行性,并且能够解决空气环境下产生的问题。最后,通过设计正交试验和方差分析对水辅助条件下激光加工参数与条码评定指标的关系进行了分析,并进行了参数优化。 Aiming at the problem of laser marking on the metal surface under air environment, there will be large heat affected zone, easy to deposit the spatter to affect the processing quality, produce exhaust gas and suspended particles at the same time, pollute the environment and so on. Finally, the relationship between laser processing parameters and bar code evaluation indexes under water-assist conditions was analyzed through orthogonal design and variance analysis, and the parameters were optimized.
