数据库技术在信息资源上长期大量使用,历史数据日益庞大但利用比率很低。如何从庞大的数据中发现和挖掘真正有用的信息,为防汛决策提供准确的业务流数据,如何协助防汛决策者从大量数据中掌握所蕴含的数据信息和规律,从而迅速作出准确评估和正确决策,显得尤为迫切和重要。可以采用数据仓库和数据挖掘技术解决上述问题。文章结合福建省洪水预警系统采集整理的各类信息为数据源,提出以雨水情信息资源的数据仓库与数据挖掘为中心的防汛决策支持系统的建设设想。
Database technology is heavily used on information resources for a long period of time. Its historical data is increasingly large but its utilization rate is very low. How to discover and mine truly useful information from huge data, provide accurate business flow data for flood control decision-making, and how to help flood control policy makers grasp the data and laws contained in a large amount of data to make accurate assessment and correct decision quickly , It is particularly urgent and important. You can use data warehousing and data mining techniques to solve the above problems. Based on the various types of information collected and sorted by the flood early warning system in Fujian Province, this paper proposes the construction of a flood control decision support system focusing on the data warehouse and data mining of rainfall information resources.
