一、杭州港集装箱吞吐量现状 杭州港是我省第一个经营集装箱装卸业务的内河港,杭州港的集装箱吞吐量主要是在以装卸件杂货为主的猴家作业区完成。该作业区从1998年6月起,与省外运公司合作,开通了杭州——上海内河集装箱航线,全部为外贸集装箱。2001年该作业区集装箱吞吐量3012TEU,四年来已累计完成集装箱吞吐量5712TEU。1999年上半年起杭州海关在猴家作业区设立了通关点,可直接签单。2000年海关已正式通关,最终目标是将该航线开辟成公共支线。根据杭州城市总体规划,城区的码头要求逐步外迁,还市区河道一个清洁、宁静的环境。杭州港总体布局已作相应调整,位于市区的濮家作业区地块批租作房地产开发,该作业区已于2002年4月底搬迁完毕,原在该作业区吞吐的件杂货转移到谢村作业区;散货转移到管家漾等作业区。
I. Status of Container Ports in Hangzhou Port Hangzhou Port is the first river port in our province to operate container handling business. The container throughput of Hangzhou Port was mainly completed in the operating area of the monkey home that mainly consisted of loading and unloading groceries. The operation area from June 1998 onwards, the province and Sinotrans companies, opened in Hangzhou - Shanghai inland container shipping routes, all for foreign trade containers. In 2001, the operating area container throughput of 3012TEU, over the past four years has been completed container throughput 5712TEU. Since the first half of 1999, the customs office in Hangzhou has set up the customs clearance point in the operating area of the monkey home and can sign the contract directly. In 2000, the Customs and Excise Department has formally cleared the customs. The ultimate goal is to open the route to a public branch. According to the overall planning of Hangzhou City, the terminal requirements of the city gradually relocated, but also a clean, quiet urban river environment. The overall layout of Hangzhou Port has been adjusted accordingly. The land of Pujia Operation Area in the urban area is reserved for real estate development. The operation area was relocated at the end of April 2002. The original groceries handled in the operation area were transferred to Xie Village District; bulk transfer to housekeeping Yang and other operations area.
