质量、进度、安全、成本是项目管理工作中主要的管理要素,直接关系到工程项目建设的整体经济效益和社会效益。进度控制是整个项目控制中重要的环节之一,企业能否在有限的时间内迅速占领市场,其中最重要的一点就是要实现对项目进度的有效控制。由于一些项目的工期比较长、建设工序复杂、参与单位比较多,工程项目进度受到了严重的制约。因此,对其进度进行科学合理有效地控制是工程管理中不可缺少的重要工作。本文以石油化工项目为出发点,结合工程公司项目进度控制的具体情况,主要从影响项目进度的因素、实施进度控制具体方法等方面进行了总结和分析,为更好地实施项目进度控制提供了一些看法和见解。
