基于对目前典型掘进机截割头摆动液压控制系统的分析,提出了电液比例改进方案,对改进后的截割头摆动控制系统建立了时域数学模型和拉普拉斯变换域数学模型,为改进后的液压控制系统进行性能分析提供了理论依据,也为其它型号掘进机进行电液比例改进提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the current swinging hydraulic control system of the cutting head of a typical roadhear, an electro-hydraulic proportional solution is proposed. The mathematical model of the time domain and the Laplacian transform domain are established for the improved control system of the cutting head. It provides a theoretical basis for the performance analysis of the improved hydraulic control system and provides reference for electro-hydraulic ratio improvement of other roadheader.
