在产教融合、校企合作的大背景下,如何让企业更好地融入学校人才培养的全过程,实现校企协同育人,是企业、学校都需要考虑的问题。本课题结合学院模具专业人才的培养目标,以“理论够用、实践为重”为指导,通过校企研讨、多方调研,重构课程教学内容,开发了《塑料模具设计》课程的教材。该教材出版后,经过一段时间的试用,通过对2013、2014级模具专业学生及任课教师用书后问卷整理汇总,得出了需要重点改进的方面。
Under the background of integration of production and teaching, and cooperation between schools and enterprises, it is an issue that enterprises and schools need to consider in order to make enterprises better integrate themselves into the entire process of training qualified personnel in schools. This subject combines the training objectives of the college mold professionals, guided by the “theory enough, practice heavy”, through the school-enterprise research, multi-research, rebuild the course content, developed the “plastic mold design” course materials . After the publication of the textbook, after a period of trial, through the 2013,2014 mold majors and teachers using the book after the questionnaire to summarize, come to the need to focus on improvements.
