针对大型民用客机传统飞控系统设计不考虑操纵面故障后的控制重构,也无法发挥冗余操纵面优势的问题,提出了控制分配的重构控制设计策略。首先分析了基于控制分配进行重构控制的原理,然后研究了使用控制分配方法进行重构设计的条件,最后使用最优线性二次型LQR和控制分配方法混合的策略,分别设计了操纵面卡阻和操纵面松浮两种故障模式下的重构控制。仿真分析显示,基于控制分配的重构控制,在操纵面发生卡阻和松浮故障时,能迅速对其它操纵面进行重新分配,弥补了故障操纵面带来的影响,保证了系统的动态性能和飞行品质,取得了良好的控制效果。结果表明了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the design of traditional flight control system of large civil aircraft, the control reconfiguration after failure of control surfaces is not considered, and the advantage of redundant control surfaces can not be exerted. The design strategy of reconfiguration control for control distribution is proposed. First of all, the principle of reconfiguration control based on control distribution is analyzed. Then, the conditions of reconfiguration design using control distribution method are studied. Finally, using the strategy of mixing optimal linear quadratic LQR with control distribution method, Resist control and control surface floating two kinds of fault mode reconstruction control. Simulation analysis shows that the reconfiguration control based on control distribution can quickly redistribute the other control surfaces when jamming and loose faults occur in the control surfaces to make up for the influence of the fault control surfaces and ensure the dynamic performance of the system And flight quality, and achieved good control effect. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
