中共中央政治局2010年1月8日下午就世界主要国家财税体制和深化我国财税体制改革进行第十八次集体学习。胡锦涛总书记在主持学习时强调,要加大国民收入分配调整力度,增加城乡劳动者劳动报酬,增强居民特别是低收入群众消费能力,切实保障困难群众基本生活,增强消费对经济增长的拉动力。
