目的:探讨大剂量昆明山海棠对大鼠睾丸的毒性损害及其可逆性。方法:36只成熟雄性SD大鼠,随机分成2组,每组18只:对照组喂服生理盐水10 mL.kg-1.d-1,给药组喂服昆明山海棠22.5 g.kg-1.d-1。连续60 d后,随机处死半数大鼠,取材。余下大鼠恢复饲养72 d后,处死取材。检测睾丸系数、睾丸体积、精子密度、形态、活力等。光镜观察睾丸组织的病理变化。结果:给药60 d,与对照组比较,给药组睾丸系数、精子密度显著下降(P<0.01)。给药组精子形态异常,活动力丧失,光镜下睾丸组织严重损伤。停药72 d后,睾丸毒性损害无恢复。结论:大剂量昆明山海棠具有明显的睾丸毒性,且毒性损害难以恢复。
Objective: To investigate the toxic damage and reversibility of high dose Kunming Begonia in rats. Methods: Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 2 groups with 18 rats in each group: the control group was fed with normal saline (10 mL.kg-1.d-1), the control group was fed with 22.5 g.kg- 1.d-1. After 60 days, half of the rats were randomly sacrificed and drawn. Remaining rats were housed for 72 days and sacrificed. Testis coefficient, testicular volume, sperm density, morphology, vitality and so on. Light microscopy of testicular tissue pathological changes. Results: On the 60th day after administration, testis coefficient and sperm density decreased significantly (P <0.01) compared with the control group. Administration group sperm morphology abnormalities, loss of activity, light microscope, severe damage to testicular tissue. 72 d after withdrawal, no recovery of testicular toxicity. Conclusion: High dose Kunming Begonia has obvious testicular toxicity, and it is difficult to recover the toxicity damage.
