Earthquake is a common, sudden and devastating natural disastrous catastrophe. China is an earthquake-prone country. On July 28, 1976, the Tangshan earthquake hit 8.0 in Wenchuan on May 12, 2008 Strong earthquakes have caused tremendous human casualties and environmental damage. After the earthquake, the public health conditions in the disaster-stricken areas have undergone great changes. The deterioration of sanitation conditions in the affected areas can easily lead to food-borne diseases
