目的:建立山合欢皮正丁醇部位的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);柱温:23℃;检测波长:210nm;参照物:icarside E5。结果:确定了25个共有峰,得到了以淫羊藿次苷E5为参照物的保留时间和相对峰面积,并利用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》计算相似度。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱技术,可作为山合欢皮药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a fingerprinting map of n-butanol fraction of Albizzia. Methods: The HPLC method was adopted. The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and acetonitrile 0.4% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. Column temperature: 23 ℃; detection wavelength: 210nm; Reference: icarside E5. Results: 25 common peaks were identified, and the retention time and relative peak area of the reference compounds of Epimedium glycosides E5 were obtained. The similarity was calculated using the similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of Chinese traditional medicines. Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting can be used as the quality control of Rhus Hibiki.
