凡口新副井采用Ⅲ型井架。由于竖井机械化作业线配套要求,造成了过卷高度仅为2米,达不到规范要求的4米。经过反复试验,我们利用JGK-Ⅱ型光电控制器作过卷装置的主体,成功地解决了过卷安全。原理如附图所示。A是安置在过卷位置上的由一小段废旧松捻的钢丝绳作成扫帚状捕捉触头,B是装置在提升容器滑架顶端的铝板做成的撞头。JZ7-44是增加的中间继电器。此外,就是卷扬机原有的电控装置,JXK_2是安全回路中过卷触点,是本装置的一个主要触点,FW_(3~4)是过卷复位开关。其余是过卷的
The new auxiliary shaft of Fankou adopts type Ⅲ derrick. Due to shaft mechanization line supporting requirements, resulting in a roll height of only 2 meters, up to 4 meters of the specification requirements. After repeated tests, we used JGK-Ⅱ-type photoelectric controller as the main body of the winding device, successfully solved the over-roll safety. Principle as shown in the figure. A is a broom-like catching contact placed on a roll-over position by a small piece of loosely twisted rope and B is an impact head made of an aluminum plate attached to the top of a lifting carriage.
