由云南西双版纳产芸香科(Rutaceae)植物九里香(Murraya paniculata(L.)Jack.)叶中分离得到 A 和 B 两个黄酮类化合物,其中化合物 B 为新的天然产物,命名为版纳九里香素(bannamurpanisin)。根据光谱(UV,IR,NMR 和 MS)分析确定化合物 A 为已知物3,3′,4′,5,5′,7,8-七甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ),化合物 B 为3′,4′,5,5′,7,8-六甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ)。同时也得到三个已知香豆精 meranzln hydrate(Ⅲ),murragatin(Ⅳ)和九里香乙素 murpanidin(Ⅴ)。
The two flavonoids A and B were isolated from the leaves of the Rutaceae plant in Yunnan Province, Yunnan, where the compound B was a new natural product. (bannamurpanisin). According to spectroscopic (UV, IR, NMR and MS) analysis, it was determined that compound A is a known compound 3,3′,4′,5,5′,7,8-heptamethoxyflavone (I), compound B is 3′ ,4’,5,5’,7,8-hexamethoxyflavone (II). Three known coumarins, meranzln hydrate (III), murragatin (IV) and harringtonine (Mrpanidin (V)) were also obtained.
