提出一种新型九相模块化混合励磁开关磁链直线电机(modular-hybrid excited flux switching linear machine, M-HEFSLM),在详细介绍电机的拓扑结构及运行原理基础上,优化了槽/极配合,并深入分析了最佳槽/极配合九相M-HEFSLM 的电磁性能,分析结果由3D 有限元进行了验证.通过与三相结构的对比,表明该九相M-HEFSLM性能优于三相结构,尤其表现在推力密度与缺相故障时的容错性能上.为了便于电机的安装与拆卸,提出了一种减小空载法向力的方法.可以看出,所提新型九相M-HEFSLM具有推力密度高、容错性能好、磁场可调、结构简单等优点,应用前景良好.“,”A novel nine-phase modular hybrid-excited flux-switching linear machine (M-HEFSLM) was proposed. Based on the detail investigation of motor topologies and operating principles, the slot/pole combination was optimized, and then the electromagnetic performances of nine-phase M-HEFSLM with optimal slot/pole combination were analyzed, which were verified by the results of the 3D FEA model. By comparison with three-phase M-HEFSLM, it was proved that the nine-phase M-HEFSLM exhibits better performance, particularly on thrust force density and fault-tolerant capability under phase fault conditions. Finally, for easy installation and disassemble, an effective method for reducing the open-circuit normal force was proposed. It can be seen that this proposed nine-phase M-HEFSLM has many merits such as high thrust force density, good fault-tolerant, adjustable magnetic fields, simple structure and so on, so that it has good application prospect.
