随着经济全球化的逐渐发展,越来越多的企业进驻中国,这将导致我国企业在迎来发展机遇的同时也面临着前所未有的挑战。为了应对挑战,我国企业要进行一系列管理体制和管理方式的改革,才能在激烈的市场竞争中异军突起,尤其是企业的经济管理要进行不断的创新,这样才能支撑企业向更长远发展。本文首先对企业经济管理的概念和创新的必要性进行了介绍,然后分析了新形势下企业经济管理创新存在的问题,最后有针对性地提出了新形势下企业经济管理创新的方向,希望能够进一步促进企业经济管理的发展水平。
