小麦是我国主要粮食作物之一,种植面积占粮食作物总面积的23%左右,产量占粮食总产量的20%以上,是我国主要的口粮和商品粮品种,在粮食生产、流通和消费中占有重要的地位。针对当前小麦生产面临的新情况、新问题,农业部种植业管理司、全国农业技术推广服务中心组织国内一批种植专家,制定了《2005/2006年度小麦生产工作指导方案》。2005/2006年度全国小麦生产10项主推技术是:1.小麦测土配方施肥技术2.小麦精播半精播高产栽培技术3.冬小麦氮肥后移高产栽培技术4.小麦节水高产栽培技术5.旱茬麦高产栽培技术6.稻茬麦少免耕栽培技术7.小麦小窝疏株密植高产技术8.旱地小麦地膜覆盖和秸秆覆盖技术9.晚播小麦应变高产栽培技术10.小麦防冻高产栽培技术
