前列腺癌的高发生率要求发展新的诊断和治疗策略。近年来 ,DNA微阵列技术的开发和应用标志着生命科学研究领域的一次变革 ,它有望彻底揭示肿瘤进展过程中的基因调节机制。这对于肿瘤诊断准确性的提高、开发作用于致病基因的分子药物从而对肿瘤进行精确治疗 ,具有极其重大的意义。本文对 DNA微阵列技术的原理、在肿瘤研究特别是在前列腺癌研究领域中的应用做一简要介绍 ,以加深对这些生命科学热点问题的认识
The high incidence of prostate cancer requires the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. In recent years, the development and application of DNA microarray technology marks a revolution in the field of life science research. It is expected to thoroughly reveal the gene regulatory mechanism in tumor progression. This is of great significance for improving the accuracy of tumor diagnosis, developing molecular drugs acting on pathogenic genes to accurately treat the tumor. In this paper, the principle of DNA microarray technology is briefly introduced in the field of tumor research, especially in the field of prostate cancer research so as to deepen the understanding of these hot topics in life science
