目的检测基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9和细胞粘附分子CD44拼构变异体6(CD44v6)在子宫内膜癌中的表达。方法免疫组学S-P法检测73例EC组织、27例正常内膜中CD44v6、MMP-9表达情况。结果 MMP-9在EC中的阳性表达显著高于正常增生期子宫内膜(P<0.01);高、中分化的EC中MMP-9的阳性表达率低于低分化组(P<0.05);肌层浸润组MMP-9阳性和强阳性的表达率高于无肌层浸润组(P<0.05),但与肌层浸润深度无关(P>0.05)。CD44v6在EC中的阳性表达显著高于正常增生期子宫内膜(P<0.01);CD44v6与肌层浸润深度有关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测CD44v6、MMP-9可作为判断EC恶性程度,预测转移和评估预后的生物学指标。
Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 and CD44v6 in endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and MMP-9 in 73 cases of EC and 27 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The positive expression of MMP-9 in EC was significantly higher than that in normal proliferative endometrium (P <0.01). The positive rate of MMP-9 in high and moderately differentiated EC was lower than that in poorly differentiated group (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in myometrial invasion group was higher than that in non-myometrial invasion group (P <0.05), but not with the depth of myometrial invasion (P> 0.05). The positive expression of CD44v6 in EC was significantly higher than that in normal proliferative endometrium (P <0.01). CD44v6 was associated with the depth of myometrial invasion (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of CD44v6 and MMP-9 can be used as biological indicators to judge the malignancy of EC, predict the metastasis and evaluate the prognosis.
