目的探讨如何提高门诊药房药学服务质量,使患者用药的安全性、有效性得到提高。方法以药学服务基础理论为前提,总结近年来药学服务的实践经验,进而研究进一步提升服务的对策。结果门诊药房的服务质量大大提高,药患关系拉近,纠纷事件减少。结论门诊药房药学服务体现了“以患者为中心”的服务理念,是医院提升形象和保持持续竞争力的重要选择。
Objective To explore how to improve the pharmacy service quality in outpatient pharmacy so as to improve the safety and effectiveness of medication for patients. Methods Based on the basic theory of pharmacy services, this paper summarizes the practical experience of pharmacy services in recent years, and then studies the countermeasures to further improve the service. Results The service quality of outpatient pharmacy was greatly improved, the relationship between drug and patient was getting closer, and disputes were reduced. Conclusion Pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacy reflect the service concept of “patient-centered” and are an important choice for hospitals to enhance their image and maintain their sustained competitiveness.
