通过枞酸与顺酐的加成反应得到马来海松酸酐(MPA),MPA与ZnO成盐反应得到马来海松酸锌(MPAZn),通过静态热稳定性测试和动态融合流变分析研究了MPAZn在PVC材料中的热稳定作用。结果表明:MPAZn的热稳定时间为23min,是ZnSt的2.9倍,其与脂肪酸盐有较好的协同效应,与CaSt复配时,热稳定时间可达59min,动态融合流变性能也达到使用要求,是PVC材料良好的环保型热稳定剂。
Through the addition reaction of abietic acid and maleic anhydride, maleic anhydride (MPA) was obtained. MPAZn was formed by the salt reaction between MPA and ZnO, and MPAZn was obtained by static thermal stability test and dynamic fusion rheological analysis. Thermal stability in PVC materials.
