2009年3月,十一届全国人大二次会议和全国政协十一届二次会议在京召开。新中国在半个多世纪的时间里,发生了翻天覆地的变化,从每年“两会”所作出的各种决策便能看出中国的发展正在提速,人民的生活水平正在提高,同样,从“两会”用车的变化也能看出我国汽车工业发展的足迹。
In March 2009, the second session of the 11th NPC and the second session of the 11th CPPCC National Committee were held in Beijing. For more than half a century, New China has undergone tremendous changes. From the various decisions made by the NPC and CPPCC every year, we can see that China’s development is accelerating and the people’s standard of living is improving.
