1 系统概况和建设背景河南黄河防汛信息移动采集系统建成于2004年10月,该系统是河南黄河河务局根据防汛需要,在黄河河南段近400km范围内,建设的上至孟津,下达台前,覆盖河南黄河两岸的15个无线基站,装备了6辆信息采集车,分布在豫西、焦作、新乡、郑州、开封、濮阳等6个市级河务局。6辆信息采集车能够在15个无线基站自动漫游,在信息采集车3km范围内,无线摄像机采集的视频信息可以传输到采集车内,通过采集车经由无线基站上传
1 System Overview and Construction Background Henan Flood Control Information Collection System was established in October 2004, the system is based on flood control needs of the Yellow River in Henan Province, Henan Province, the Yellow River in the vicinity of 400km range of construction up to Mengjin, issued before Covering 15 wireless base stations on both banks of the Yellow River in Henan Province and equipped with 6 information collection vehicles distributed in 6 municipal river departments such as Henan, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Puyang. 6 information collecting vehicles can roam automatically at 15 wireless base stations. Within 3km of information collecting vehicles, the video information collected by the wireless cameras can be transmitted to the collecting vehicle and uploaded by the collecting vehicle via the wireless base station
