应用TIG焊接钛合金时,气体保护问题常常是决定焊接质量的关键。文中在分析研究焊接保护气流运动规律的基础上,指出焊枪喷咀出口截面处的气流紊流度和速度分布状态,是影响保护气流运动形式以及保护效果的主要因素。通过试验研究,文章提出了一种新的板状筛孔装置。设有这种装置的钛合金焊枪,不仅具有调节和控制保护气流运动状态的功能,而且焊枪结构简单轻巧,保护范围大,在大电流焊接规范下,无需采取任何附加保护措施,因而具有很好的生产实用价值。
When TIG is used to weld titanium alloys, gas protection issues are often the key to determining weld quality. Based on the analysis of the law of flow of welding protection airflow, it is pointed out that the turbulence and velocity distribution of the airflow at the outlet of torch nozzle are the main factors that affect the movement form of protection airflow and the protection effect.
