目的为临床合理应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平提供参考。方法根据相关文献综述。结果苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平为目前作用时间最长的钙通道阻滞剂,对血管的选择性更强。与其他钙通道阻滞剂不同的是,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平是氨氯地平的左旋同分异构体,是同类药物中半衰期最长、生物利用度最高的降压药。磺酸左旋氨氯地平与钙通道结合位点亲和性高,半衰期长达49.6 h,降压谷峰比高达67%,因此能24 h平稳降压,偶尔漏服也可以满意地控制血压。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片作为一种疗效高、安全性高、依从性高、不良反应少的理想抗高血压药物,已经成为抗高血压的首选药物,在临床推广使用。在与其他药物合用时要注意药物的相互作用。
Objective To provide a reference for clinical application of levamlodipine besylate. Methods Based on the literature review. Results Levamlodipine besylate is the most prolonged calcium channel blocker currently available and has a stronger selectivity for blood vessels. Unlike other calcium channel blockers, levamlodipine besylate is the levorotatory isomer of amlodipine, the longest half-life and highest bioavailability antihypertensive drug of its class. L-amlodipine sulfonate has high affinity with calcium channel binding sites, with a half-life of up to 49.6 h and a blood pressure-peak-to-peak ratio of up to 67%. Therefore, it can stabilize blood pressure 24 h and occasionally can control blood pressure satisfactorily. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate is an ideal antihypertensive drug with high efficacy, high safety, high compliance and few adverse reactions. It has become the first choice of antihypertensive drugs and has been widely used clinically. In combination with other drugs to pay attention to drug interactions.
