随着经济社会的发展,人们对于环境能源的重视度逐步提高,建筑的能耗问题已经成为全社会对于节能的关注焦点。就严寒地区的学校而言,被动式节能技术远比主动式节能技术更能满足生态节能的要求及学校师生的需求。文章主要从被动式节能建筑的内涵和特点着手,简述被动式节能建筑的优点,说明被动式建筑值得在我国推广;紧接着重点论述了严寒地区学校建筑的被动式节能设计策略,最后结合当前被动式节能建筑在我国发展的阻碍因素,提出相关发展建议。
With the economic and social development, people pay more attention to the environment and energy, and the energy consumption of buildings has become the focus of attention of the whole society for energy saving. For schools in severe cold areas, passive energy-saving technologies are far more capable of meeting the requirements of eco-friendly energy saving and the needs of teachers and students than active energy-saving technologies. The article mainly introduces the connotation and characteristics of passive energy-saving building, briefly describes the advantages of passive energy-saving building, and illustrates that it is worth to promote passive building in our country. Then it focuses on the passive energy-saving design strategy of school buildings in severe cold area. Finally, Obstacles to the development of our country, put forward relevant development proposals.
