为了检验空间遥感相机的动力学特性,需要对相机与飞船进行动力学耦合试验。为了确保相机的试验安全性,拟首先采用相机的试验模型进行动力学耦合试验,这就带来了相机试验模型的设计问题。通过对空间遥感相机的力学分析,提出了对相机试验模型的力学特性要求。利用UnigraphicII软件实现了模型与原型的质量等效, 并通过分析相机几何参数对相机与飞船耦合模态的灵敏度,采用经典理论解析分析法和固有频率优化法,实现了对试验模型与原型的刚度等效,使得试验模型与飞船的耦合振动和相机与飞船的耦合振动相似。该试验模型的成功研制方法,将对类似的动力学耦合试验起到一定的参考作用
In order to test the dynamics of the space remote sensing camera, a dynamic coupling experiment between the camera and the spacecraft is required.
