《通制条格》不仅是元代一部非常重要的法律书,还收录了不少有关元代政治、社会经济方面的史料,十分可贵。前北平图书馆于1930年据旧藏明初墨格写本残卷影印出版,为仅存之本。近年来,以此本为底本,有日本小林高四郎、冈本敬二两位教授主持编著的《通制条格研究译注》和我国黄时鉴教授的《通制条格》点校本行世。 “The system of rules and regulations” is not only a very important law book of the Yuan Dynasty, but also contains quite a lot of historical and political materials on the political and socio-economic aspects of the Yuan Dynasty. In 1930, the former Peking Library was published as a photocopy of the original Moggibles in the early Tibetan and early Ming dynasties. In recent years, based on this as a base, there are two versions of “Universal Translation Studies” written by two professors of Japan, including Kobayashi Kobayashi and Okamoto, and the “General Terms and Conditions” of Professor Huang Shijian of our country.
