目的探讨视力状况组间比较指标的选择,为开展学生视力检测与分析提供参考。方法选取大连市初中生的4 833只眼,按照地区、性别、年级分为18个组。测定远视力后,统计视力良好率、平均视力、平均视角3项指标,再分别进行统计学检验。结果3项指标得出的P值基本一致的只有9组,得出的P值明显不一致的2组。若采用“视力良好率”检验,P值明显偏高的1组,略有偏高的2组,略微偏低的3组。平均视力与平均视角相比,方差不齐的平均视力占33.3%,平均视角占61.1%;两者P值相差不多的10组,平均视力的P值明显低于平均视角的有4组,平均视力略低的3组。结论利用视力检查结果进行组间比较时,不适宜采用视力不良率,平均视力的统计效率较平均视角为高。
Objective To explore the choice of the comparison index between visual acuity group and provide a reference for the students’ visual acuity testing and analysis. Methods 4833 eyes of junior high school students in Dalian were selected and divided into 18 groups by region, sex and grade. After the measurement of far vision, statistical indicators of good eyesight, average vision, the average perspective of three indicators, and then were statistically tested. Results The three P values obtained by the three indexes were basically the same, only nine groups were obtained, and the two groups were obviously inconsistent. If using “good eyesight rate ” test, P value was significantly higher in the 1 group, slightly higher in the 2 groups, slightly lower 3 groups. Mean visual acuity compared with the average perspective, the variance of the average visual acuity accounted for 33.3%, the average angle of view accounted for 61.1%; P value of both groups of similar, the average P value of visual acuity was significantly lower than the average visual angle of 4 groups, mean 3 eyes slightly lower visual acuity. Conclusions The visual acuity test is not suitable for the comparison between groups, and the statistical efficiency of mean visual acuity is higher than average visual acuity.
