活血化瘀是骨伤科的重要治法之一。关于活血化瘀治疗骨折机理的研究,吴湑駋总结了1984年以前的进展情况。此后这方面的研究又有新的进展。本文复习了1984~1990年的文献,综述如下。1 活血化瘀对血液流变学及微循环的影响骨折可引起低血容量休克。外周血管的变化使局部血液的血流发生改变,粘度增高,微循环血流减缓,组织氧饱和度降低。
Blood circulation is one of the important treatment methods for orthopaedics. With regard to the research on the mechanism of the treatment of bone fractures with blood circulation, Wu Hao summarized the progress made before 1984. Since then, there have been new developments in this area of research. This article reviews the literature from 1984 to 1990 and summarizes them as follows. 1 Effects of blood circulation and blood circulation on blood rheology and microcirculation Fractures can cause hypovolemic shock. Changes in the peripheral blood vessels change the blood flow in the local blood, increase the viscosity, slow the blood flow in the microcirculation, and reduce the tissue oxygen saturation.
