随着高等教育事业的发展,我国高校的科研经费也在不断增长,加强高校科研经费的管理将发挥着重要作用。文章研究了高校科研经费管理的作用,回顾了高校科研经费管理的现状,分析了高校科研经费管理存在的问题和原因,提出了加强高校科研经费管理的措施。
With the development of higher education, the funds for scientific research in colleges and universities in our country are also increasing. Strengthening the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities will play an important role. This paper studies the role of scientific research funding management in colleges and universities, reviews the current situation of scientific research funding management in universities, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of scientific research funding management in universities, and puts forward measures to strengthen the management of scientific research funds in colleges and universities.
