2001年4月,市委宣传部、首都文明办、市委城建工委等8家单位以及城八区,在全市联合发起了文明乘车活动。近一年来,“文明乘车从我做起”、“争做文明北京人”正在成为北京人的新风尚,塑造着北京人的新形象。去年,市有关部门的一项调查表明,北京市民对本市主要公交站台改善文明乘车秩序的满意度已达80%,经过“五一”、“十一”长假客流高峰的检验,公交服务的投诉率与2000年同期相比下降了29.75%。记者近日在客流高峰分别乘坐了公交和地铁,发现乘车秩序和司售服务出现了五多五少:有序乘车的人多了,乱挤乱拥的少了;主动给老幼病残孕让座的多了,漠不关心、视而不见的少了;司售人员文明用语的多了,冷言冷语的少了;公交车进站停直靠边、二次进站的多了,随意乱停、甩客夹客的少了;首末站提前进站、开门等客的多了,站台管理无序的少了。
