In this paper, the expressions of downwind windward coefficients of uniform high-rise buildings are derived, and the practical calculation tables of the fluctuating winds conversion coefficients are given. At the same time, various factors affecting the windward vibration coefficients and their changing rules are also analyzed. This method can be easily used for practical projects and can also be used as a reference for revising codes or procedures
