企业经营管理工作中,人力资源管理作为核心环节,更是在企业竞争中发挥着显著的优势。随着市场经济的快速发展,人才竞争已经成为企业发展的关键。对于企业管理者而言,若要实现企业的长远发展,应在认识到自身职责的同时,采用战略性人力资源管理理论,注重企业员工整体化管理。本文首先对战略性人力资源管理和组织效能概念进行分析,其次阐述组织效能在战略性人力资源管理的影响效果,意在促进企业稳定发展。
In the management of enterprises, human resources management is the core link, and it is also playing a significant advantage in the competition of enterprises. With the rapid development of the market economy, talent competition has become the key to the development of the company. For enterprise managers, if they want to realize the long-term development of the company, they should adopt a strategic human resource management theory and pay attention to the overall management of their employees while recognizing their own responsibilities. This paper first analyzes the concept of strategic human resources management and organizational effectiveness, and then elaborates the effect of organizational effectiveness on strategic human resources management, and aims to promote the stable development of the company.
