目的:制备迷迭香电热杀菌消毒液,并考察其消毒效果。方法:采用极性与非极性有机溶剂混合提取迷迭香精油,稀释后制成电热消毒液,与二氧化氯熏蒸消毒效果进行对比。结果:迷迭香电热杀菌消毒液消毒效果优于二氧化氯熏蒸消毒。结论:迷迭香电热杀菌消毒液消毒效果理想,是一种值得推广的消毒方式。 Objective: To prepare rosemary electric disinfectant and investigate its disinfection effect. METHODS: Rosemary essential oil was extracted by mixing polar and non-polar organic solvents and diluted to prepare electric disinfectant, which was compared with the fumigation and disinfection effect of chlorine dioxide. Results: The disinfection effect of rosemary electric germicidal disinfectant was better than chlorine dioxide fumigation disinfection. Conclusion: The disinfection effect of rosemary electric germicidal disinfectant is ideal, it is a worthwhile promotion of disinfection.
