本文以从动件运动规律具有外凸、可微形状的ds/dφ曲线为例,分析了在不同条件下确定凸轮基本尺寸的解析方法,给出了简单可行的计算公式和电算框图,这种方法可推广到具有其它运动规律的凸轮机构中去,为该种凸轮机构的设计提供了理论依据。
In this paper, taking the ds / dφ curve with convex and micro-shape of follower motion as an example, this paper analyzes the method of determining the basic dimensions of the cam under different conditions, and gives the simple and feasible calculation formula and the calculation block diagram This kind of method can be extended to the cam mechanism with other movement rules, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the cam mechanism.
