《滑菇菌株驯化筛选与栽培技术研究》,是1991年原南平地区科委下达的科技任务。从1991年冬引进滑菇品种,经过3年栽培试验,选育出适合本地袋料栽培的高产优质菌株,对其生物学特性、营养成分、栽培料配方、栽培方法、病虫害的防治以及最佳栽培季节进行了研究。现报道如下: 1.滑菇的生物学特性 形态特征 菌盖淡黄色到黄褐色,边缘略淡,后期出现放射状条纹,直径3—10cm,鲜时有粘液,干燥时略有光泽。菌褶密集,不等长,初期白色,成熟时变为锈褐色,菌褶宽,连接菌柄部很宽,延生。菌柄中生,圆筒状,菌柄长短与粗细因栽培环境条件不同而有明显差异,柄纤维质,内部充实或中空,有粘液和黄鱼鳞片。
