建筑是用能大户,建筑节能是发展建筑业的需要。近几年建筑节能的重要意义已逐步受到建筑师重视,如何在建筑设计中,更好地利用自然能源,提高住宅建筑中能源利用效率,则是建筑师需要探讨的课题。本文针对目前建筑能耗巨大,发展至将来可能出现能耗危机的状况,从建筑的外壳设计、城市绿地建设和新能源开发三个方面分析了实现建筑节能的途径。 Building energy is big, building energy efficiency is the need to develop the construction industry. In recent years, the importance of building energy conservation has gradually been valued by architects. How to make better use of natural energy in building design and improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings is an issue that architects need to explore. In this paper, aiming at the present situation of huge energy consumption and potential energy crisis in the future, this paper analyzes the ways to save energy by three aspects: building shell design, urban green space construction and new energy development.
