在前期研究强脉冲磁场处理与低频交变磁场处理降低残余应力,并取得显著效果的基础上,进一步在磁场处理低碳钢制作的试样(包括单向拉伸试样和无应力试样)时,对应力应变过程进行测量。结果表明,单向拉伸试样经过低频交变磁场处理后,材料内部残余应力有下降的趋势,而且处理过程中具有磁振动现象。无应力试样与单向拉伸试样在磁场中,随场强的增加,试样中的应变逐渐由正值变为负值。无应力试样在不同频率的交变磁场中的应变各不相同,而且单向拉伸试样在5HZ的交变磁场中的应变绝对值远大于恒定磁场中的应变绝对值。
In the previous study, the strong pulsed magnetic field treatment and low frequency alternating magnetic field treatment to reduce the residual stress, and achieved significant results, based on further processing of low-carbon steel in the magnetic field samples (including unidirectional tensile specimens and unstressed specimens) When the stress-strain process is measured. The results show that after the low frequency alternating magnetic field treatment, the residual stress in the material tends to decrease, and the magnetic vibration phenomenon occurs in the process. In the magnetic field, the unstressed specimen and the unidirectional tensile specimen gradually change from positive to negative value with the increase of the field strength. Strain of unstressed samples in different alternating magnetic fields is different, and the absolute value of strain in uniaxial tensile specimen in alternating magnetic field of 5HZ is much larger than that in constant magnetic field.
