凹凸棒石经加热处理后可用作土壤改良剂,为了研究凹凸棒石在加热制备过程的养分溶出特性,对凹凸棒石进行六个温度梯度(常温25℃、200℃、300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃)处理,再分别用蒸馏水、醋酸、柠檬酸浸提后测定Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn的溶出量。结果显示:200℃处理凹凸棒石用柠檬酸浸出的钙浓度最高;镁在25℃下用醋酸浸出浓度最高;锌、铁、锰在600℃用柠檬酸提浸出浓度最高。凹凸棒石中微量元素的溶出量受温度影响显著。
Attapulgite can be used as soil improver after heat treatment. To study the nutrient dissolution characteristics of attapulgite during heating process, six temperature gradients (25 ℃, 200 ℃, 300 ℃, 400 ℃ , 500 ° C, 600 ° C), and then leached with distilled water, acetic acid and citric acid respectively to measure the elution amount of Ca, Mg, Zn, Fe and Mn. The results showed that the calcium concentration of attapulgite treated with citric acid at 200 ℃ was the highest. The concentration of magnesium was the highest at 25 ℃ and the concentration of citric acid at 600 ℃ was the highest. The dissolution of trace elements in attapulgite is significantly affected by temperature.
