9月18日,长春至拉林河高速公路(简称长余高速公路)竣工通车。它的建成通车,使同江至三亚国道主干线东北境内路段全线贯通,同时,也使京哈高速公路全线贯通,对加强我省对外开放具有重要意义。长余高速公路是国家路网规划中同江至三亚国道主干线的一部分。
September 18, Changchun to Lulinghe Expressway (referred to as Changyu Expressway) was opened to traffic. Its completion and opening to traffic make it possible for the Tongjiang-Sanya trunk road to cross all the northeastern parts of the country’s main road and meanwhile it also enables the entire Beijing-Hankou Expressway to go through, which is of great significance to strengthening the opening up of our province to the outside world. Changyu Expressway is a part of the national road network planning with the main road to the Sanya national highway.
