目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中Rictor蛋白的表达情况,并观察Rictor蛋白的表达对患者预后生存的影响。方法选取2004年1月-2009年1月在该院切除的子宫内膜癌标本64例为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学方法检测子宫内膜癌组织中Rictor蛋白的表达情况,观察Rictor蛋白的表达对患者预后生存的影响。结果 28例子宫内膜癌标本Rictor表达阳性,阳性表达率为43.8%,其中15例子宫内膜腺癌标本Rictor表达阳性,阳性表达率为46.9%;6例子宫内膜鳞癌标本Rictor表达阳性,阳性表达率为42.9%;3例子宫内膜透明细胞癌Rictor表达阳性,阳性表达率为33.3%;4例浆液性乳头样腺癌Rictor表达阳性,阳性表达率为44.4%。Rictor蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达与组织学分级、血管浸润有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而Rictor蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达与FIGO分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Rictor阴性组病例5年生存率为52.3%(95%CI为24.1~68.2),而Rictor阳性组病例5年生存率为28.6%(95%CI为6.7~39.5),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.74,P<0.05)。结论 Rictor蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌预后密切相关,可作为子宫内膜癌新的治疗靶点和预后标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of Rictor protein in endometrial carcinoma and to observe the effect of Rictor protein expression on the prognosis of patients. Methods 64 cases of endometrial carcinoma resected in our hospital from January 2004 to January 2009 were selected as the research objects. The expression of Rictor protein in endometrial carcinoma was correlated with histological grade and vascular infiltration, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of Rictor protein in endometrial carcinoma was positively correlated with FIGO stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis No difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The 5-year survival rate was 52.3% (95% CI: 24.1-68.2) in Rictor negative group, while the 5-year survival rate in Rictor positive group was 28.6% (95% CI: 6.7-39.5). There was statistical difference between the two groups Significance (χ ~ 2 = 24.74, P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Rictor protein is closely related to the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma and may serve as a new therapeutic target and prognostic marker of endometrial cancer.
