三房心是左房内存在隔膜将左房分隔为2个腔的一种少见的先天性心脏畸形,可造成肺静脉回流受阻而引起肺动脉高压等严重并发症。现将我院自1986年～1997年经超声心动图及心导管造影证实的10例报告如下。
