江苏省人民政府:你省报送的《江苏省政府关于报送江苏证券交易中心清理整顿工作实施方案的函》(苏政函[1998]89号)收悉。根据《国务院办公厅转发证监会清理整顿证券交易中心方案的通知》(国办发[1998]135号)和我会《关于印发周正庆、陈耀先同志在清理整顿证券交易中心工作会议上讲话的通知》(证监[1998]53号)精神,经研究,现批复如下:一、同意你省报送的江苏证券交易中心清产核资和业务分流工作方案。请你们组织有关方面认真落实,按时完成清理整顿任务。二、你省应按照我会证监[1998]57号文件精神,调整证券交易中心改组计划,制定改组方案,并在清产核资和业务分流工作完成后,将改组方案报中国证监会审批。
Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government: The letter from your province submitted by the Jiangsu Provincial Government on the Implementation Plan for Submitting and Cleaning up the Jiangsu Stock Exchange Center (Su Zhenghan [1998] No. 89) was received. According to “Circular of the General Office of the State Council for Forwarding the Scheme of the Securities and Futures Commission on Clearing and Reorganizing the Securities and Exchange Center” (Guo Ban Fa [1998] No. 135) and I "Circular on Issuing Comrades Zhou Zhengqing and Chen Yao Xian at the Working Meeting on Liquidation and Reorganization of Securities Exchanges (Zheng Jian [1998] No. 53) spirit, the study, is hereby approved as follows: First, you agree to the province of Jiangsu Securities Exchange Center to clear the capital verification and business diversion work program. Please organize the relevant parties to conscientiously implement them and finish the task of rectifying and rectifying on time. Second, you province should follow the spirit of document No. [1998] 57 issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission, adjust the reorganization plan of the stock exchange center and formulate a reorganization plan. After the clearance of the capital verification and business diversion, the reorganization plan will be submitted to China Securities Regulatory Commission for approval.
