采用裂解-气相色谱/质谱(Py-GC/MS)联用技术,分别测试橡胶制品起泡部位和正常部位胶料的高温裂解和低温裂解谱图,通过对生胶和配合剂的定性分析研究橡胶制品起泡的原因。结果表明:该橡胶制品的起泡与生胶无关,而起泡部位胶料含有大量苯并噻唑或次磺酰胺类促进剂的残留物或分解物,推断促进剂分散不均和聚集是引起胶料起泡的原因。
