2016年2月,开学伊始,我院管理系与百世快递客户服务呼叫中心合作展开的“4+2+1”工学交替企业课堂项目第六期正式启动。作为企业驻点老师,我每天与学生同起居,陪着学生工作,与学生交流。在4个月的时间里,我见证了同学们心智的成熟和能力的提升。下面是朱同学在实习中的成长故事。朱同学个人档案:性格:内向,自卑,有点儿自闭,安于现状,得过且过。爱好:爱看日本动漫,在寝室时,会完全沉浸于动漫中,不喜欢与人交流。
In February 2016, at the beginning of the school year, the sixth phase of the “4 + 2 + 1” alternating-engineering enterprise class project jointly launched by Management Department of our hospital and the call center of BES Express Service Company was started. As a corporate resident teacher, I live daily with my students, work with students, and communicate with students. In 4 months, I witnessed the maturity and ability of my classmates to improve. The following is Zhu students in the internship growth story. Zhu classmates Personal file: Character: introverted, inferiority, a little autistic, safe in the status quo, too and too. Hobbies: Love to watch Japanese anime, in the bedroom, will be completely immersed in animation, do not like to communicate with others.
