我国船舶修造业中大都采用平炉镇静钢,但是平炉铜中主娈是沸腾钢,它约占平炉钢产量的三分之二,有时甚至还要超过。因此不用沸腾钢也是造成船舶材料供应困难的原因之一。为了使船舶工业使用钢材的情况与我国钢铁生产情况相适应,使我国造船业能够得到更多的钢材,我所曾往鞍山钢铁公司某轧板厂进行了沸腾钢的鉴定工作。沸腾钢的应用所以受到限制,是由于它对时效的强度倾向以及高的冷脆性,因此目前限制在焊接结构中应用沸腾钢,特别是在冬季温度时。但是, Most of the shipbuilding industry in our country is made of flat-rolled slab steel, but the main slab of open hearth copper is boiling steel, which accounts for about two-thirds of the output of open-hearth steel and sometimes exceeds even.
