我們在鵝峯公社鵝峯大队曾开展了以苦楝皮为主的群众性驅蛔工作,同时采用山道年作对照,現将269例的治疗結果总結如下。葯物之煎制及服法: 将所购的干皮或鮮皮先除去外面一层粗皮,洗净切碎,每斤重加水十斤,約煎十余小时間,煎成半斤即每西西含生葯2克,待冷过滤后加入千分之一的苯甲酸鈉即成,剂量按每公斤体重服2.5——3.5C.C。(即5-7克)于清晨或中午空腹进一次服用。治疗結果: 采用山道年治疗的計有121例,排出蛔虫者98例,未排虫者3例,情况不明者20例。乃以101例計
