钢的连续浇铸速度能提供有关浇铸过程的重要信息。为了能用它监控浇铸过程,就需要有一种能连续可靠工作的高精度测速系统。本文报导用激光对连续浇注钢板、钢锭和钢坯的实际速度进行无接触测量的初步经验。
The continuous casting rate of steel provides important information about the casting process. In order to be able to monitor the casting process with it, there is a need for a high-precision speed measurement system that can work continuously and reliably. This paper reports the first experience of laser-based non-contact measurement of the actual speed of continuous casting of steel plates, ingots and billets.
