本文根据油膜-雾化燃烧理论.设计了适用于高速柴油机的油膜-雾化燃烧系 统.并在一台缸径/行程=135mm/140mm的单缸机上进行了实验研究。实验结果表 明,系统的燃烧状况良好,在保持指示油耗率和同类机型相当的前题下,爆压和碳烟 指标得到了一定程度的改善,初步实现了柴油机低爆压低烟度的燃烧.放热率的计算 表明,其放热规律曲线有向等压燃烧曲线接近的趋势.
This paper is based on oil film - atomization combustion theory. Oil film-atomizing combustion system designed for high-speed diesel engine is designed. And a cylinder diameter / travel = 135mm / 140mm single-cylinder machine on an experimental study. The experimental results show that the combustion of the system is in good condition. The explosion pressure and soot index have been improved to some extent while maintaining the indicated fuel consumption rate and the equivalent models. The low-pressure, low-smoke combustion of the diesel engine has been initially achieved. The calculation of the heat release rate shows that the heat release curve tends to have a constant isobaric combustion curve.
