植入式广告是伴随经济快速发展应运而生的新型广告方式。然而新兴的植入式广告还未明确纳入到广告规制法律体系之中,游离于法律监管体系的真空区域,对其管理无从下手。因此对植入式广告进行法律调整,提出相关对策及建议是保障市场经济秩序、廓清广告产业未来前景的重要举措。
Implanted advertising is a new type of advertising that has emerged with the rapid economic development. However, the emerging implantable advertisements have not yet been clearly incorporated into the legal system of advertising regulation, and have become detached from the vacuum area of the legal regulatory system and their management can not be started. Therefore, the legal regulation of implantable ads, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions is to protect the market economic order, an important measure to clear the future prospects of the advertising industry.
